From Madam Alice:
Today at work we had a fairwell lunch for one of our team that was retiring after being with the company for 23 years. he had been on part time employment for the last 2 years but it was now he had decided that with approaching 60 he would retire.
having chatted with him I asked what he had planned and it was simply that he was going to become a full time house husband. his wife was still working and he felt that he should support her more, so he would become the “home bird” for his partner. he joked that he already had the apron and rubber gloves .
this made me think about what we would do when Mick finally decidied to fully retire.
currently Mick may seem to be part time working and filling the role of the House Husband/ wife for the majority of the time, and that would be how it may appear. Mick does a lot of hours with his work but it only seems part time because previously he was working a ridiculous amount of hours.
we have spoken about when would we both retire – that’s what happens when one of you hits 50. I’m enjoying my work and at the moment I can see me continuing to work until a point when I have to retire.
Mick on the other hand thinks that he will be looking to retire near 60. To be honest I can see him retiring earlier. we have good stability and the house is paid off and I’d him to cut down on his work as he is still doing a lot of specialist work – he has had a couple of spankings to remind him not to over do things..
but that isn’t what this was making my over active imagination work.
So what will happen when Mick retires?
We’ve spoken about this a few times and the we both have agreed that billie would become more of the focus and more permanent. My house Husband would become my housewife.
I would like to up Billie’s feminisation – not massively, nothing surgical. I’m talking about the following:
all body hair removal – waxing
ears pierced – at least 2 each ear.
head hair – the wearing of a feminine wig at all times. the option of growing our Billie’s own hair isn’t realistic now to create a female cut.
subtle shaping of eye brows
change his spectacle frames to a more feminine style
more wearing of make up – not whore-ish, but more feminine.
a belly button piercing – I’m not sure why I just fancy seeing billie with one.
we will look at getting some proper breast forms for my sissy to wear each day – probably a C or D cup.
Reduce down the male wardrobe to an absolute minimum and where possible swap out the last items to unisex or female items that would pass for male.
we have spoken about a tattoo mainly in jest and the surprise that I got from Mick/ Billie was that he would like to have a tattoo showing that he is my partner and submissive. now that was a surprise but I think we’ll wait until his retirement and we’ll look at that as being a marker of his start as the move from being my submissive house husband to submissive house wife.
It does give me a warm tingle thinking about having billie transformed to my sissy home maker!

Poppet, the thought of retiring has a element of dread and excitement to it. I spent years working myself to what was a potential level of destruction in my life, relationship and health, so becoming a consultant and changing my lifestyle has been really important. Alice has been a great support and help and she was the one that saw the need for me to become billie.
we have talked about what to do with the future. she knows that I'm still busy with some of my work but it pays and generally it is interesting and I enjoy it, I just have to make sure that I don't over commit to things – otherwise I do end up with my arse being caned – when the cane or riding crop comes out I know I've fucked up big style!!
over the last couple of years I have definitely progressed under Alice's guidance to becoming more of the sissy maid and the sissy secretary when in my office, it does give me a good reminder of where I was in the past and where I need to focus and not to go back to the bad old days.
as for the house wife part, well I have 5 years on Alice in age terms and she is doing well in her work so I can see me cutting back further on my consultancy work and she becomes the breadwinner and Mrs Billie becomes more of a feature, but I'm sure Maid billie will still be required at the weekends and billie the Secretary from time to time.

Madam Alice – Sadly Owner and i have at least another 15 years or so ahead of us before we can realistically think about retiring. Sounds like you have some great ideas for Billie when she is able to retire and i am very envious of her having the opportunity to become a fulltime house wife.
