It’s Review Night For billie

Good Evening everyone I hope that you are all well.  It is Thursday night and that means that at 8pm billie will present himself at my study for his weekly review. We decided that we would do the review in the study as normal but the punishments would be delivered in the “photo area” that billie has set up the utility room and we would take a couple of snaps for you to see billie and her uniform.

Over the last 12 months we have formalised the different uniforms and outfits that I want billie to wear.  previously I would decide what I wanted billie to wear for the review and it was often in one of his maids uniforms or a fancy dress school girl outfit – tartan miniskirt, stockings etc.  I decided that this wasn’t really appropriate and that I should formalise it to billie being in the School Girl uniform.  

On one of the days that I was travelling to work, having been held up by traffic I notice a number of kids going to school and I realised that their uniforms were more about knee length skirts and dark/ opaque tights or socks and not a tartan skirt to be seen.  So I decided that we would ensure that billie would have an proper school uniform for doing his review and for doing his punishments, and particularly when he is required to write lines.

On one Saturday we went shopping for a proper school uniform, so in August last year we mixed with other parents and grandparents and went and purchased a grey pleated knee length skirt, A plain white shirt.  we spotted an appropriate tie in a charity shop and we found a shop that sold Grey opaque stockings.  Marks and sparks were visited for a plain white bra and I had decided that I ordered on the internet a plain white 6 strap suspender belt for him.

As for knickers we had a few pairs of white knickers that needed a job as billie the little tramp has a liking for black underwear (so do i for that matter), but I wanted white for this outfit (it shows off a spanked bottom far better in my opinion.)  So we now have a uniform.

For those that aren’t aware billie is required to keep a record of any tasks or items that he feels went wrong or where he did not achieved an appropriate standard.  billie may also put forward any points that he thinks he did particularly well.

Once he has finished with his points, as he stands infront of my desk I will check his points against what I have recorded in my book.  Woe betide it that I have a point in my book that does not match the points that billie should have picked up.

To be honest we have been doing this long enough that billie normally has all of my points and some others that I wouldn’t have spotted when I wasn’t present.

Once all of the points are discuss then I will allocate a punishment or a in the case of a positive point I may allocate a treat (and they do happen occasionally).

The non physical punishments  can be:

• Writing Lines
• Corner time
• restriction of privileges – such as no watching of myself and John, limitations on what clothing can be worn etc.
• A verbal telling off
• A humiliating task

The physical punishments can be:

• Spanking by Hand (by myself)
• Spanking by Hand (by John)
• Spanking by old table tennis bat (we rarely use this now)
• Ruler across the palm of the hand
• Ruler across the bottom
• Paddle across the bottom
• Riding Crop across the bottom
• Belt across the bottom (Note – The belt belongs to John and it is always referred to as “Sir’s Belt” and hangs in my wardrobe in the bedroom – If I decide to use it I will tell billie to go and fetch “Sirs Belt”)
• I also have a old leather tawse but I rarely use that as it is a vicious item and it is easy to get carried away and do some serious marks with it!

Having carried out the review I awarded billie with 10 strokes with the ruler on his bum and 6 with the paddle. I also used this opportunity to take some posed photos at different stages of the punishment, here  is a few for your review.

I started by having billie bend over, lift his skirt and show his satin knickers. I then told him to remove these and replace them with his sheer white knickers

The sheer white knickers are really good for billie to wear as once a punishment is done , he can pull his knickers up but his punishment marks are still on full display. As you can see they are very sheer.

The first punishment will be 10 strokes with the wooden ruler.  I had billie place a chair to lean over for support and then pull his knickers down to his knees.  You can see the results in the photo below and also his plugged hole and his chastity cage just on view.

Next was 6 strokes with the paddle, I have to confess I didn’t lay them on as hard as I did for billie’s punishment night a few weeks ago!

And then finally I told billie to stand up and turn round and lift his skirt to display his chaste little clit, we are currently using a small “Cobra” chastity and also an waist strap added to the back ring. He is taking a rest from the metal cages at the moment.

We’ve found a grey wig that seems to suit billie quite well, it matches his normal hair and it looks rather nice with it hooked behind his ears, billie has added a hair band.  we have also taken the feed back that was provided by Poppet Sub Slut about coordinating accessories with the outfits so billie found some grey, red and black face masks with some added sparkles that seem to work (the masks are purely to keep our anonymity, a lesson learned from the previous blog unfortunately).
