I wanted some MP3 or MP4 files that would allow oral and anal training to a metronome so that I could give billie a couple of unsupervised training tasks with objectives.  I did a internet search and these 2 popped up – they are a bit cheesy but they do what I want.  I have 2 files a 17 minute and a 30 minute file.
