Thank you all for the “get well” wishes it is very humbling. The Doctor gave me the thumbs up on Friday that things have cleared up and that I can go back to work.<\/p>\n
However Ma’am has directed that my return to work will be a gradual process. So I’m restricted to domestic duties here in the house until probably Thursday and Madam will consider if she will let me back to the Office prior to Christmas.<\/p>\n
I must admit it is my fault for getting unwell, having gone to have a set of meetings with a Client and his Architect to find that the Architect was taking him for a ride, well I couldn’t let that go as the client has been a very long term client and friend so it bothered me that he was being “fleeced” of quite a bit of money for a project that the Architect had changed from the original requirement quite considerably. So I spent 2 days on site in a very wet November in Yorkshire identifying where things needed to be fixed and in the process getting absolutely soaked to the skin on both days while on the site.<\/p>\n
So thinking I’d just given myself a heavy cold from being wet, I just carried on with work but felt generally rough come the evenings and so I didn’t get round to doing any of my planned postings or other tasks that Madam had set for me.<\/p>\n
I had spoken with Madam and Sir regularly while they were away and assured them that it was just a heavy cold. once they came back and found me at home, slightly worse for wear, they both were a bit “upset” with me. <\/p>\n
On one of the mornings Sir came into the kitchen and found me having difficultly to breath so it was decided to get me to A&E to be checked over and it transpired that I had a severe chest infection, not quite pneumonia but if I’d left it much longer it may have progressed to that.<\/p>\n
To say the least Madam was furious that I had done this to myself and she has told me a number of times that once I’m fully recovered then she will express her displeasure at one of my performance reviews – so I’m expecting to have a rather sore arse this Thursday evening.<\/p>\n
I am very grateful to both Madam and Master for looking after me while I was confined to my bed, particularly Master coming over at lunch times to check on me and to help with lunches and what have you. it is very much appreciated and it is very much an indication of the relationship that we have between the 3 of us. (although I did get caught twice being out of bed doing tasks around the house, so I expect my bottom will receive a correction for that).<\/p>\n
Just to finish off, I’m back well and on my feet again. I’m back in my domestic role and outfit, working around tidying the house after the weekend and having stripped the beds and put fresh sheets on I will be back up stairs to make sure that Madam’s Bedroom is clean and ready for when she comes home this evening.<\/p>\n
so after my convalescence I had best crack on and get my stocking clad legs and panty covered arse up and going as Madam’s bathroom and bedroom is not going to clean itself!<\/p>\n
